May 29, 2025 – The Industrial Park Development Forum 2025 took place in Hanoi with the participation of more than 800 delegates, focusing on discussing comprehensive solutions for sustainable and ecological industrial park development.

With the theme “Promoting Industrial Park Development: Comprehensive Solutions and Sustainable Investment”, the event emphasized the role of advanced technology solutions in building ecological industrial parks, meeting ESG standards and optimizing operational efficiency.

A number of units in the construction industry introduced many integrated solution systems towards green buildings. In particular, Sika brought an integrated construction technology system, meeting high technical requirements while minimizing environmental impact and life cycle costs. The system is based on three main pillars:

The new technologies presented by Sika at the forum included: comprehensive solutions from foundation to roof, anti-static floor solutions, concrete recycling technology, concrete protective coatings, waterproofing solutions, structural protection – construction envelope and fire protection, etc.

Mr. Nguyen Vinh Thao – Market Supervisor of Sika Waterproofing Vietnam, shared: “Building a sustainable industrial park does not simply rely on green materials, but also requires a combination of advanced technology, technical expertise and synchronous construction capabilities. That is the foundation for creating effective, sustainable and future-ready ecological industrial parks.”

The forum was also an opportunity for the parties to share practical experiences in implementing key industrial projects in the direction of green development. This activity emphasizes the importance of choosing the right solution and partner to help businesses meet the standards for building an ecological industrial park more effectively and sustainably.
